SPADRA RANCH LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
SEWER
Our team created a proposed 8 inch sewer line to serve the residents and businesses on our site. Our line connects with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts (LACSD) trunk sewer line to be taken to the Pomona Water Reclamation Plant (PWRP). Our pipe network is compliant with City of Pomona Standards, and proposes four connections to existing sewer, one to the trunk and three to existing sewer. The image shown in this section shows where our proposed sewer will be placed, as well as existing sewer lines which were found onsite using past submitted plans.

SEWER & WATER
Our team created a proposed 8 inch water line to serve the residents and businesses on our site. Our line connects with the City of Pomona Water District water line. Our pipe network is compliant with City of Pomona Standards, and proposes one connection to the existing water. The image shown in this section shows where our proposed water will be placed, as well the existing water line found.
